Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.
Blended & Blessed Scoops is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Returns & refunds
Due to the customized and mystery nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion after reviewing the issue.

No pet toy or accessory is indestructible.
